Notary actions: $10 plus convenience fee
My fee is per signing event - I do not charge per signature.
My convenience fee covers my time with you, the notary actions themselves, completing my journal, and travel to your location.
A convenience fee applies to all transactions (unless stated) making most notary signing services performed during business hours either $45 or $70 depending on where you are located within my service area.

From Bay Rd to north of Laurel Rd is $70
From Laurel Rd to River Rd / 777 is $45
From South of River Rd / 777 to Boca Grande is $70
Boca Grande signers are also responsible for toll payment to Gasparilla Island
***If you are outside of my service area (click here to see map) the convenience charge is substantially higher plus a mileage charge as described below will by applied. Referrals are available outside of my defined service area at no cost***
Standard business hours are M-F 9am - 5pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 2pm
Appointments with an hour or more lead time are preferred and recommended. After hours signings are available at no extra charge but they do require an appointment.
There is NO extra charge for rehabilitation or hospital visits!
Solemnizing/Officiating a Wedding: $50 - 500 flat rate
Date, location, and complexity of service determine final cost. Please contact me to discuss your plans and receive a free quote
I have witnesses available for you to use!!! My witnesses are $25 flat rate per witness used
If you would like me to act as a witness for your notary I charge $35 for each 30 minutes I spend with you; mileage charge may apply if outside of my service area
Attesting to the photocopy of certain documents: $15 per item using attachment of notary certificate method in addition to my standard convenience fee
Holiday and 24-hour emergency convenience fee: up to $150
This is flat rate fee and is NOT combined with the above described standard convenience fee within service area

Certification of safe deposit box: $125 - 300 flat rate
Mileage is calculation based on round-trip. First 10 miles are included in all convenience fees
After the first 10 miles fifty cents ($.50) per mile may be charged

Courier service only available with notarized documents:
Up to a $50 convenience fee and mileage charge may apply
All fees reduced by 25% for Veteran and 1st responders signers with proper id
Complimentary embossing is available on request
